Anne is an inspirational leadership coach who is passionate about leveraging her thirty years of global experience and training to help clients achieve success. Anne founded Turas Partners as a platform to leverage her years of global experience and training to help others succeed through a culturally intelligent approach to coaching and leadership development. She he has lived, worked and been educated in the US and Ireland and has coached clients at all levels from Managers to Directors and Senior C-suite Executives across various disciplines such as  Education, Medicine, Non-Profits, Operations, Pharmaceuticals, Banking, Government, Ex-Pats, Fortune 500 Corporations and Public Relations. Anne’s expertise in cultural intelligence helps clients understand the cultural values that drive their behavior and develop plans to improve their ability to function effectively in various cultural contexts (national, ethnic, organizational, generational). Anne has worked with colleagues and clients in North & South America, Asia, Australia, Europe and the Middle East. Business Experience

Anne has worked as an Executive and Business Coach in Ireland and the US and she has thirty years of experience in the healthcare industry having worked for AstraZeneca and AHP/Wyeth/Pfizer. She consistently demonstrated success and held 17 roles of increasing responsibility and leadership in the areas of global medical affairs, portfolio and business planning, global marketing operations and strategy, drug development, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, product and clinical operations, and project management. She is proud to have led teams on the development and launch of medicines that are still being used today to treat patients with cardiovascular diseases and life threatening infections. Anne also served in leadership roles with the American Heart Association  for twelve years, including Chair of the Great Rivers Affiliate Board of Directors responsible for a board of 19 c-suite executives across multiple industries. She led the affiliate to #1 position in the country for revenue generation and engagement scores.  She has received the Jefferson Award for Community Service which was  established by Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis as a Nobel Prize for public and community service. In 2012 she was named a Philadelphia Mainline Today “Power Women”.

Education and Training

Anne earned her professional Diploma in Executive and Business Coaching from University College Dublin, Smurfit Graduate Business School and a BS in Chemistry from The College of New Rochelle in New York. She was trained in London and level 2 certified in Cultural Intelligence Training and she has also been certified in Mindfulness Training.
